Re: Hello

“Out of habit he looks at his watch — stainless-steel case, burnished aluminum band, still shiny although it no longer works. He wears it now as his only talisman. A blank face is what it shows him: zero hour. It causes a jolt of terror to run through him, this absence of official time. Nobody nowhere knows what time it is.”

— Margaret Atwood, Oryx and Crake

As you may or may not notice, ZERO HOUR as you have known it is no more. It was a fun distraction for a year or so but it has outlived its usefulness — at least in its previous form. ZERO HOUR served its purpose and now I’d like to use to for a new one. I’d like to describe the new direction as a sort of ‘creative playground’ but that sounds beyond stupid. Mainly it will just be a way to show works in progress that would have never gone as far as my personal hard drive. As with most everything I do, it will mainly be for myself but having it all out there in blog-form is a great motivation to keep working and to keep growing. Hopefully this will be the first in many (maybe frequent!) updates to come. Thanks for keeping up so far!
